Mercedes Huff

Associate Broker

It was love at first sight—with the Grand Teton that is. Mercedes Huff discovered Jackson Hole on a ski trip, fell in love with the area, and never left.

Fast forward thirty-five years and she continues to share her love of Jackson; skiing and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle have turned into a family affair. She and her husband, a 25-year veteran of the JH Ski Patrol, have raised two daughters, one at Middlebury College in Vermont and the other at UC Boulder in Colorado.

Having grown up in New Canaan, CT, Mercedes can still recall her life-changing decision to leave Smith College and move west to finish her degree. She understands the issues of relocating and for the past 28 years, has used her professional skills to help her clients find the right property and make the move to Jackson a smooth transition. Her experience runs deep in marketing her listings and identifying properties for her customers including: homes for first-time buyers; real estate as an investment vehicle; vacant land; and conservation easement parcels.

A founding partner of Jackson Hole Realty (JHR), Mercedes played an integral part in making it the largest, top producing real estate firm in Jackson. JHR was acquired by Sotheby's International Realty® in 2003 of which she is now an Associate Broker. She stays committed to offering personal service to her customers and involved by serving on boards such as the Teton Board of Realtors® Ethics Committee.

Mercedes knows the valley well --- she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the area schools; programs offered by organizations such as the Center for the Arts and Grand Teton Music Festival; and in activities such as golfing, fishing and skiing. Always there, helping people find the perfect home, Mercedes delivers unparalleled service with an easy-going approach and enthusiasm plus experience that are unmatched.
